Our process

How we work together

Every project is a little different, but how we work together stays the same: we get to know you first, then design something that feels completely yours.

    Discovery Call

    It all starts with a relaxed chat. We'll get to know you, your brand and the customers you'd love to reach, then put together a proposal with the scope, timeline and investment, so you know exactly what to expect.

  2. 02

    Questionnaire & Positioning

    Next, our brand questionnaire helps you share your story, and we look at your market and competitors to find where your brand can really shine. This becomes our guide for every decision that follows.

  3. 03

    The Design

    Then comes the fun part. We bring your brand to life, from your identity and packaging to your website and space, sharing progress along the way and refining together until it feels just right.

  4. 04

    Launch & Beyond

    We'll prepare your final files and guidelines and help you get everything live. And we don't disappear after launch: we're still here, cheering you on as your brand grows.

FAQ

Your Q’s, our A’s.

  • Not at all. Honestly, most people don't. Come as you are. Our first call is relaxed and easy, and our questionnaire gently walks you through everything else, one question at a time.

  • Every project is a little different, so we tailor each proposal to you. After our first chat, we'll send over a clear scope, timeline and investment, with options to fit where your brand is right now.

  • Intensives run one to two weeks. Signature brand projects usually take two to eight weeks, and websites three to eight, depending on scope. We'll share a timeline with your proposal.

  • Yes! Send us your floor plans, measurements and a few photos, and we'll create layouts, renderings and material direction. We're happy to work alongside your contractor or builder, too.

  • We do! We write the first round for you using your questionnaire answers, so you're editing instead of starting from scratch. If you'd rather write your own, that's totally fine too.

  • We usually build on Squarespace, because it's easy for you to update yourself once your site is live, no developer needed. For online stores, we use Shopify. If you'd prefer WordPress and are comfortable with a more technical setup, that's an option too. Either way, we'll help you choose what fits your brand and how your customers shop.

  • Each project includes a set number of refinements built into the process. Feedback is simple: you click directly on your design or website and leave notes where you see them.

  • For projects under $2,000, we ask for payment upfront. Larger projects are split into two: 50% to get started and 50% at delivery. Payment plans are available too, just ask!

  • We're still here! We'll walk you through your files and guidelines, check in after launch, and many of our clients keep working with us on a creative retainer.
